All Rates are subject to 12% HST

All renters are responsible for applicable performance/royalty fees such as SOCAN
To qualify for Non-Profit rates a group must be a registered Non-Profit Society

If 50% of blocked time booked is after 4pm, evening rates will be charged for the entire block

User groups are responsible for leaving the facility as they found it with the exception of regular custodial work such as floor washing and sweeping.
